satisfied with one of our products simply return it

to arrange your return via Canada Post. We may ask you
to describe why the product didn't meet your satisfaction.

Product returned must be at least 60% full and within
30 days of purchase.

merchandise is shipped within 48 hours. Please allow
10-15 business days for delivery of items not in stock.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Credit Cards
are charged when your order is shipped.
Credit card orders will be shipped within 48
hours. Invoice orders will be shipped when your cheque
clears our bank. If the item you ordered is not in stock
at the time you place your order, it will take 20-25
business days for your back ordered item(s) to arrive.
Back ordered items will follow original order with no
additional shipping charges.
