Completed his graduation in Homeopathic medicine in 2006; at the end of the 5 ½  year  program which included 1 year clinical internship, his thesis on Homeopathic Management of Post Myocardial Infarction patients was considered a commendable work and was selected as an approved topic by the Interpathy Research Cell of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

In 2006 he went on to pursue his M.D. in advanced Homeopathy from Bombay where he had the opportunity to apprentice with some of the best Homeopaths in India and has gained intensive clinical experience in treating chronic, debilitating illnesses as well as acute diseases. He also lectured at his postgraduate research institute for 3 years, teaching Anatomy, Pathology, Medicine and Homeopathic Materia Medica.

He brings to the Canadian Homeopathic scene a fresh perspective that emphasizes on the genetic constitutional make up of the patients and lays importance to embryology and genetics in studying the disease pattern of each case, since no two diseased individuals have similar symptoms and etiologies, which enables him to give consistent results in even serious pathological cases.

He has been practicing for the past 5 years in India and has patients across the Indian subcontinent, the Gulf countries and North America.

For eight years I have owned a retail health food store and have a passion for helping people and believe that is my life's purpose. Dr. Aki Kawai is a native of Tokyo, Japan. She grew up in a family whose guiding principle was to strive for health by eating well balanced diet and insuring to get adequate exercise and sleep. During attending Meiji Pharmaceutical University where she was honored with a scholarship granted by the university, she encountered the world of traditional Chinese medicine, where food which was commonly used in her diet had been used as a medicine for thousands years.

Jackie Yurko is a licensed Naturopath practicing in Edmonton, Alberta.  She graduated from the four year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Toronto  in May 2000.  Upon graduation, Jackie successfully completed and received her license from the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners in September 2000.
